Our Company
Amazing Kid’z Christian Academy and Amazing Kid’z Christian Achievers is a licensed childcare center that provides early quality education to all children regardless of income. We want to exceed the minimum standards within our local community. Our center is part of Texas Rising Star, Collaborative for Children, and CLI Engage, which focus on a research-based study by the Children’s Learning Institute at the University of Texas Health Science Center for school readiness skills. We help develop physical development, social development, emotional development, language and literacy development, thinking skills, creativity, and self-confidence.

Mrs. Pat
I have been in the childcare business for over seventeen years. My late husband, Rev. Eric Doman and I started this center and wanted to make sure it was faith-based.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
His favorite scripture was, “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6.
ATMOSPHERE
It was equally important that our center provided a safe, nurturing, fun, relaxed, loving, high-quality learning environment where our children and teachers are mutually respected and trusted. I strongly believe that our children’s ability to learn is greatly influenced by their surrounding environment. I provided a place where our children’s creative expression can be encouraged through developmentally appropriate classroom activities.

We wanted to serve our community with a high-quality childcare center. Our goal is for our children to become life-long learners.
Ms. Geri (Amazing Kid’z Christian Academy Private School Director and Certified Teacher)
PASSION
Teaching is my passion: as I have over 30 years of in education, hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Masters in Education. Additionally, I am certified in Administration and Supervision.
EXPERIENCES
My experience includes teaching 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades, serving as a Skills Specialist, and being an Assistant Principal in a public school. As a Skilled Specialist, I created a test for teachers to administer to their students and assisted them with teaching their students who needed additional assistance to master selected skills. I disaggregated campus data to provide direction for successful state-mandated test scores such as TAKS and STAAR. Upon retirement from the public schools. I’ve worked in the private school sector for two years teaching a multilevel class that included Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade students. Additionally, I served as the Title 1 Coordinator and Liaison between the Private School and Spring ISD.
PREPARING
In my own time, I tutor students in Reading, English, and Math, and provide strategies for students taking the STARR Test. I have learned when parents bring their students when they have identified their child may be struggling or having issues with a subject are more likely, to do well, have increased self-confidence, and decrease stress levels than parents who bring their child in when they are failing or do not have sufficient time to prepare for the STARR test.
Mrs. Doris (MSW/LBSW-IPR, Licensed Social Worker Consultant)
I have over twenty-six years as a Licensed Social Worker. I have worked in the Hospital Setting in Case Management, Community Case Management, Hearings and Appeals for Medicaid HMO, TANF, Social Worker Consultant, Pregnant Women, and Infant Case Management. My goal is to empower parents, guardians, and students to function at their highest level. As a Social Worker Consultant for Amazing Kid’z Christian Academy, Private School, and Amazing Kid’z Christian Achievers, I have many roles. However, one of my main roles as a Social Worker Consultant is to provide advice, support, referrals, and resources to individuals and families to help them solve their problems. I help navigate and support your health care issues, insurance coverage, grieving, counseling, family issues, learning disabilities, hearing problems related to chronic ear infections, school issues, and behavior issues just to name a few. I look at the family holistically and help parents be an advocate for their child(ren).

Mrs. Jackie (RN, BSN, Nurse Consultant)
I have been a nurse for over thirty-plus years. I have a vast amount of experience in the following areas Pediatric ICU, Pediatrics, Newborn Nursery, Neonatal ICU, Pre-Adolescents and Adolescents Psychiatric Nurse, Rehabilitation Unit (Spinal, Brain, Hip, & Knee), Med-Surg, Neuro Unit, Health Department, Immunization Clinic, WIC Clinic & Well Baby Check-Up, Fortune 500 Insurance Company Utilization Review Nurse & Case Management, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Consulting. My love is pediatric, elderly care, and teaching.
One of my many roles as a Registered Nurse Consultant is to provide health education, help navigate your child’s healthcare if needed with the assistance of our Licensed Social Worker Consultant, developmental checklist, vision, hearing, and spinal screening staff training, and coaching our staff just to name a few.
