PURPOSE AND PHILOSOPHY
The mission of A.K.C.A. is to instill Christian values, cultural values and virtues that will help your child grow academically, socially, and spiritually. A.K.C.A. serves the needs of the whole family.
Our program includes age-appropriate and developmentally sound activities such as art, music, learning center, Bible lessons, life lessons, multiple languages, computer training, math and sign languages. A.K.C.A. can and must establish high expectations for all young children, recognizing that the rate and approach to learning may vary among individuals.
The curriculum at A.K.C.A. will incorporate key principles from Dr. E.D. Hirsch Jr., and the “Core Knowledge Program,”
along with A Beka – Excellence in Education from a Christian perspective.
Our commitment is to provide your child with hands-on educational experiences.
We recognize that the first few years of a child’s development is very important, therefore we strive to build a strong solid foundation for your child. Parental involvement is key to your child’s development and education; therefore, it is important for you—the parent to take an active role in what your child will be participating in at A.K.C.A.
